YORK TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT is proud to have a fleet of
2 Engines, 1 Truck , 1 Heavy Rescue and 3 Support Units

Present fleet

Engine 19-1

​Engine 19 is a 2018 Pierce Enforcer Pumper. Engine 19-1 holds 750 gallons of water and has a 1500 gpm pump.

Engine 19-2

Engine 19-2 is a 1995 Seagrave Marauder Engine with a 1,750gpm pump and 1000 gallon water tank.

Heavy Rescue 19

Rescue 19 is a 2013 KME Severe Service and it is a certified Heavy Rescue. 

Truck 19

Truck 19 is a 2003 95' Seagrave Aerial Scope used for both Truck and RIT calls.  

Car 19 

Car 19 is a 2015 Chevy Tahoe and it is used for Incident Command.  

Traffic 19

Traffic 19 is a 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD with a Knapheide 700 Series Body.

Traffic 19 is a Citified Traffic Unit for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in York County, Tier II, Type I Resource, use for Any Application.

Utility 19

Utility 19 is a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500.

Retired Fleet

4/26/21
​After 18 years of service to the community, our 2003 Chevy Silverado - Traffic 19 will be placed permanently OOS this weekend. The vehicle was purchased by a local tow truck service.
Our new traffic unit is currently having the utility body installed onto the chassis and is expected to be upfitted and in service by mid-summer.

Engine 19-1

​Engine 19-1 is a 2004 Pierce Dash Pumper. Engine 19-1 holds 750 gallons of water and has a 2000 gpm pump and also has 2-30 gallons foam tanks for both class A and B.

​Engine 19-2 is a 1994 Seagrave. Engine 19-2 holds 750 gallons of water and has a 1500 gpm pump.
